Jalandhar (Aman Bagga): Under the umbrella of Summer Finishing School at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya conducted hobby class on sustainable fashion designing to mark world environment day.

Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen congratulated the students and wished them a pleasant and gainful learning experience. Principal Sareen said that these are the times to shun products with adverse environmental and social impact, and knit fashion economy with recycled fabric. HMV Collegiate School Coordinator, Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal also encouraged the students for sustainable living.

Ms. Lovely, student incharge of the hobby class said that recycled fabric can be transformed into trendy clothing in an eco-friendly way. Students made beautiful designer products in an eco-friendly manner. Dr Anjana Bhatia, co-ordinator Finishing School said that we all should promote the use of recycled textiles and reduces the pollution by the fashion industry.
